Cindy Kent is a widely-admired healthcare veteran with more than 25 years in the industry. Formerly the President & General Manager for the 3M Infection Prevention Division—she led a $1.6B+ business committed to keeping patients safe from healthcare associated infections and complications. Cindy holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, as well as an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University

A well-respected industry leader, Cindy most recently was recognized by Lead360 Magazine as its 2018 Executive of the Year and last year Black Enterprise Magazine ranked her as one of the “Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Business.” Other awards include being recognized as a Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts; being named a “Top 35 Women Leaders in Healthcare” by the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST; and recipient of the “President’s Award” from the Informational Technology Senior Management Forum for exemplary achievement in a STEM field.

Marillyn serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation, a global security and aerospace company that employs approximately 100,000 people worldwide. In 2017, Fortune magazine identified Ms. Hewson as No. 3 on the “50 Most Powerful Women in Business.” She has also been recognized as a Top 10 “Businessperson of the Year” by Fortune, as one of the “World’s 100 Most Powerful Women” by Forbes, and as one of the “Bloomberg 50” – the leaders who defined 2017.

As group president of Kimberly-Clark's North American consumer business, Kim Underhill is responsible for the company's nearly $8 billion North American Personal Care and Consumer Tissue businesses, which are home to some of the world's most recognized and trusted consumer brands, including Huggies®, Pull-Ups®, Kotex®, Depend®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle® and Scott®.

Prior to this role, Ms. Underhill served as president of Kimberly-Clark Professional, where she led one of the company’s fastest-growing business units, focused on creating exceptional workplaces for business customers. Previously, she served as President of Kimberly-Clark’s consumer business in Europe.

She joined Kimberly-Clark in 1988 and since then has managed a wide range of increasing responsibilities within Research & Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing across the North American consumer business.
In addition to her role at Kimberly-Clark, Ms. Underhill serves on the Board of Directors for Foot Locker, Inc. A native of Evansville, Ind, she earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University and her master’s degree in engineering management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
